Core Focus

Customer, Order & Collections Management

Distribution businesses juggle a lot at once: customer accounts, salesman-led order taking, delivery routes, pending payments, and back-office accounts. Vepar4u brings all of it into a single platform so business owners can see exactly where every customer, order, and rupee stands, without switching between registers, spreadsheets, and phone calls to the sales team.

The Challenge

Three Problems We Had to Solve

01

Manual Ledgers & Disconnected Tools

Wholesale and distribution businesses typically run on a mix of manual ledgers and disconnected tools, with no shared view between the register, spreadsheets, and phone calls to the field team.

02

No Real-Time Account Visibility

Owners lack real-time visibility into which customers owe money, how individual salesmen are performing, and what's moving through the warehouse.

03

Collections Caught Too Late

That gap makes it hard to catch pending collections early or spot slowing sales before it affects cash flow.

Modules & Features

What We Built

Seven workspaces covering the full distribution cycle, from customer accounts to back-office accounts.

01

Customer Workspace

Selecting a customer surfaces everything relevant at once — business and owner name, contact details, number of orders, total order value, and total pending amount — so account health is visible in a single glance.

02

Selling Trends

A six-month selling summary bar chart tracks order volume over time, helping spot which customers are ramping up or slowing down.

03

Order History & Accountability

Every order is logged with date, salesman, amount, and status, tying performance directly to the person who closed it.

04

Payment History & Pricing

Order History, Payment History, and Set Selling Price sit in separate tabs, so pricing, orders, and collections stay organized without cluttering a single view.

05

Operations Layer

Orders, Products, Warehouse, Route, and Collections cover the full distribution workflow from the same sidebar.

06

Accounts Section

Expenses, Payroll, Fixed Assets, and Employees keep back-office finance in the same platform as day-to-day order taking.

07

Admin Section

Reports, Masters, Settings, and Users give admins the configuration and oversight layer the platform runs on.

Design Philosophy

How the Interface Is Designed

A dark navy sidebar anchors the navigation and keeps focus on the light, data-dense workspace beside it. Customer cards use color-coded avatars for quick visual scanning of a growing list, while the detail panel groups financial figures — orders, dues, amount — as the first thing an owner sees, ahead of transactional history.

Key Features

Built for At-a-Glance Account Health

Customer Listing with Quick-Add & Search

Color-coded avatars make a growing customer list easy to scan, with quick-add and search built in.

Per-Customer Financial Snapshot

Orders, total order value, and pending dues are grouped as the first thing an owner sees for any customer.

Six-Month Selling Trend Chart

A bar chart tracks order volume over time so slowing customers or salesmen are easy to spot early.

Order History, Payment History & Pricing Tabs

Each customer record separates transactional history from pricing, so nothing gets cluttered into a single view.

Salesman-Linked Order Tracking

Every order ties back to the salesman who closed it, connecting field performance directly to results.

Full Back-Office Layer

Warehouse, route, collections, payroll, fixed assets, and reports sit alongside the customer workspace in one platform.

Yes — the platform is built with an API-first architecture so it can connect to existing accounting, ERP, or payment systems rather than replacing them outright.
