Core Focus

Tenders, Auctions & Team Collaboration

Procurement and bidding cycles are often scattered across spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected tools, making it hard for teams to see where things stand at a glance. This platform brings tender tracking, auction monitoring, and team discussions into a single workspace, giving procurement teams a real-time view of open, in-progress, and won opportunities.

The Challenge

Three Problems We Had to Solve

01

Fragmented Visibility Across Tools

Tender tracking, auction status, and vendor conversations lived across spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected tools, with no single place to see where things stood.

02

No Fast Answers to Simple Questions

Teams running multiple tenders and auctions at once couldn't quickly answer basic questions — how many tenders are open, which auctions are in progress, what's the win rate — without digging through records.

03

Decisions Delayed by Data Silos

Because pipeline data lived in silos, decision-makers had no real-time read on the business, and choices got delayed while someone manually compiled a status update.

Modules & Features

What We Built

Seven workspaces covering the full procurement cycle, from pipeline overview to live bidding.

01

Dashboard

A single view of open tenders, open auctions, in-progress auctions, and total wins, backed by a status donut chart and a six-month tender-vs-auction trend comparison.

02

Tender Management

Track every tender through its lifecycle — Live, Participated, Won, Archived, or Cancelled — with sortable listings and full tender detail views.

03

Auction / Bidding Hall

A live bidding interface with a guided Declaration → Prepare Bid → Upload Document → Submission Receipt flow and real-time countdown timers.

04

Discussion

Team conversations tied directly to specific tenders and auctions, surfaced on the dashboard so nothing gets lost in a separate chat tool.

05

Configuration

Admin-configurable settings for how tenders and auctions are structured, staged, and processed across the organization.

06

Upload Document

Centralized upload and management of tender documents, bid submissions, and supporting files.

07

Profile

Individual profiles for procurement officers, admins, and vendors participating in tenders and auctions.

Design Philosophy

How the Interface Is Designed

The interface uses a clean, card-based layout with generous white space to keep dense data legible. A restrained color palette — blue for tenders, green for auctions, plus status accent colors — creates visual consistency across charts and lists, so users can read the data by color pattern alone once they're familiar with the system.

Key Features

Built for At-a-Glance Decisions

Real-Time KPI Summary Cards

Four snapshot metrics — Total Open Tenders, Total Open Auctions, In-Progress Auctions, and Total Won — surfaced right at the top of the dashboard.

Interactive Status Breakdown

A donut chart segments tenders by stage — Live, Participated, Won, Archived, and Cancelled — with color-coded segments for at-a-glance reading.

Six-Month Trend Comparison

A bar chart compares Tenders versus Auctions over six months, with hover states surfacing exact monthly figures.

Sortable Activity Table

A New Tenders/Auctions table lists incoming opportunities with ID, name, and type at a glance.

Embedded Team Discussion

A Recent Discussions panel keeps conversation threads tied to specific tenders visible right on the dashboard.

Document Upload & Configuration

Dedicated modules for uploading tender documents and configuring how tenders and auctions are processed.

Yes — the platform is built with an API-first architecture so it can connect to existing ERP, vendor management, and accounting systems rather than replacing them outright.
