Today's Plan Visit shows the day's confirmed stops with distance to each, and a Change option to adjust the route without starting over.

In-Visit Capture
At each clinic, the rep logs Visit Remarks, records Sample Medicine given, and captures any Take Order and Collection Amount, all attached to that specific visit.

Structured Ordering
Orders support named drug entries with quantity and specialty tagging, so what gets ordered stays tied to the right doctor category.

Every doctor or hospital profile carries an expandable visit history, so a rep has context from the last visit before walking into the next one.

Claims are built around the visit itself, capturing trip kilometers, then adding other claimable items into a single submission that gets Approved as one claim.

Design Philosophy
How the Interface Is Designed
A bright blue/teal accent on primary actions — Next, Save, Visit & Save, Approve — against a clean white base keeps the interface fast to read and use one-handed between stops. Card-based lists with avatar photos and distance tags make long doctor and contact lists easy to scan, and a consistent bottom navigation — Home, Doctors, Orders, Claims, Profile — keeps the app's core jobs a single tap away throughout the day.
