Core Focus
Billing, Table Management & Kitchen Ordering
Running a busy restaurant floor means keeping the register, the tables, and the kitchen in sync at all times. This software brings quick billing, live table status, and role-specific order flows into one system, so front-of-house staff, captains, and kitchen teams are all working off the same real-time picture instead of shouting across the room.

The Challenge
Three Problems We Had to Solve
01
One Screen Isn't Enough
A single billing screen isn't enough for a full-service restaurant — staff need to know which tables are free, which orders are still cooking, and which bills are settled, without walking the floor to check.
02
The Counter Still Has to Move Fast
At the same time, the counter still needs to move fast: adding items, applying quantities, and closing out a bill in seconds during a rush.
03
Everyone Needs the Same Picture
Front-of-house staff, captains, and kitchen teams all need to work off the same real-time picture instead of shouting across the room.
Modules & Features
What We Built
Six pieces covering the full floor, from the register to the kitchen pass.
01
Speed-First Billing
The Quick Bill screen filters the menu by category and cuisine, with photo-based item cards and keyboard shortcuts for Proceed to Payment, Print KOT, Hold Bill, and Clear Bill.
02
Real-Time Table Management
A color-coded grid shows every table's status, with per-table detail: seat count, elapsed time, assigned server, item count, and running total.
03
Floor-Level Stats at a Glance
Summary counters for Total Tables, Available, Occupied, Bill Printed, and Payment Done sit above the table grid.
04
Takeaway Handled Separately
A dedicated New Takeaway Order flow keeps takeaway tickets separate from dine-in table tracking.
05
Role-Specific Modules
Dedicated Captain and Kitchen sections point to tailored views, with QR Code support for guest self-ordering.
06
Live Order Notifications
A notification panel surfaces new self-orders and acknowledgements as they happen.
Design Philosophy
How the Interface Is Designed
A dark navy sidebar keeps every module — Quick Bill, Billing, Tables, Captain, Kitchen, QR Code, Settings — visible and one click away, while the main workspace stays light and photo-forward so menu items are easy to recognize during a rush. Status color-coding — green for Available, orange for Occupied, purple for KOT Ready, blue for Bill Printed — is used consistently across both the POS and table views, so staff read the same visual language no matter which screen they're on.
