Core Focus
Trust-Led Browsing & Finance Conversion
WNC ("There Is No Substitute") sells inspected, warrantied used cars, and the website is built to do two jobs at once: convince a visitor the cars are trustworthy, and move them toward either browsing inventory or applying for finance, without needing a phone call to get started.

The Challenge
Three Problems We Had to Solve
01
Trust Before Inventory
Buying a used car online runs into a trust problem before anything else — shoppers want proof that a listing isn't hiding issues.
02
Financing Feels Like a Barrier
Many buyers need financing but are wary of a drawn-out, in-person loan process.
03
Confidence Has to Come First
A car dealership site has to sell confidence first, inventory second.
Homepage & Journey
What We Built
Four pieces working together to sell confidence first and move visitors toward inventory or finance.
01
Confidence-First Hero Messaging
The headline "Find the right car, Guaranteed" is backed immediately by supporting copy, "Thoroughly inspected, fully assured cars," addressing the trust question before the visitor has to ask it.
02
Single, Clear Next Step
Rather than splitting attention across multiple offers, the hero carries one primary call to action, "Find your best car," pointing every first-time visitor toward the same next step.
03
Financing Built Into the Main Journey
"Apply for finance" sits directly in the primary navigation alongside Cars and Testimonials, treating financing as a core part of the buying journey.
04
Social Proof & Support Up Top
Testimonials and FAQs are one click away from the homepage, while phone, email, and social links sit in the header itself, giving hesitant buyers a human fallback at every stage.
Design Philosophy
How the Interface Is Designed
A dark, editorial hero — dust and motion blur behind a Toyota Camry mid-drive — sets a premium, road-tested tone rather than a typical dealership stock-photo look. A serif display typeface on "Guaranteed" adds a touch of confidence and permanence, while a warm gold accent ties the logo, navigation underline, and CTA button together against the dark background, keeping the eye anchored on the one action that matters.

More Case Studies

"Apply for finance" is built as a dedicated flow in the main navigation. If you have screens for that flow, they can be added to this same case study rather than treated separately.
The homepage leads with reassurance — inspection and warranty messaging in the hero — before any product grid, so visitors get the trust case up front.
Yes — they're built as their own sections one click from the homepage, so content can be refreshed without touching the hero or navigation.
This case study currently covers the homepage and hero. Cars listing, vehicle detail, and the finance application flow can be folded into this same case study once those screens are available.
Flexible Engagements at this scope typically range from $15K-$45K over 6-10 weeks depending on how many additional pages and flows (inventory, finance application) are included. We scope a detailed estimate after discovery.
